ABOUT THE PROGRAM

Indonesian International Student Mobility Awards (IISMA) is the Government of Indonesia scholarship scheme to fund Indonesian students for mobility program at top Universities overseas. Undergraduate students could spend one semester at the overseas university partner to study, to experience the lost country's culture and undertake practical assignments to hone their skills. The scheme is centrally managed by Directorate General of Higher Education(DGHE), Ministry of Education and Culture (MoEC) and is open for undergraduate students from all Indonesian higher education institutions under DGHE.

Registration Deadline: January 11 - January 30, 2024.

Scholarship Paths:

1. Regular: Full scholarship scheme from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.
2. Affirmation: Full scholarship scheme for students from disadvantaged areas.
3. Co-funding: Partial funding scheme between students and the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology.

Timeline:

1. Open Registration: January 11-January 30, 2024.
2. IISMA Socialization at Seminar Room UKI: January 17, 2024 at 2 PM.
3. Coaching Clinic: January 31 - February 7, 2024 at 3 to 5 PM.
4. Submission to IISMA website: February 8-12, 2024.
5. Selection & Announcement: March - April 2024.

General Requirements:

1. Indonesian citizen without dual citizenship, aged below 24 by July 1, 2024.
2. Active student with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
3. Nomination by the Vice Rector for Academic Affairs.
4. No semester breaks, no participation in other Kampus Merdeka programs, and no legal violations.

Special Requirements:

1. Undergraduate Students:

Student Status: Undergraduate (S1) in the 4th or 6th semester.
Minimal Score: TOEFL iBT: 78; IELTS: 6.0; Duolingo: 100.

2. Vocational Students:

Student Status: Diploma 3 (D3) in the 4th semester, or; Diploma 4 (D4) / Bachelor of Applied Science in the 4th or 6th semester.
Minimal Score: TOEFL iBT: 78; IELTS: 6.0; Duolingo: 100; TOEIC: 605.
